On the second floor is one bedroom with king bed, smart TV, and large closet. Another bedroom includes (2) double beds and smart TV. There is a full bath upstairs that services these bedrooms. Also on the second floor is a large loft bedroom that features (2) king beds, smart TV, and in suite full bath. The main floor living room features a gas fireplace and smart TV and amazing view of the patio and lake. Access the patio and fire pit area from the living room or kitchen.
The dining room table has seating for 8. The kitchen island has bar height seating for 3 and there’s a breakfast table in the kitchen that seats 2. The large kitchen island has lots of space for prep or meal service and also features a Viking gas range with griddle. The kitchen is fully appointed. There’s a Keurig and standard coffee maker, blender, toaster, and necessary kitchen-ware. Also located in the kitchen island is an ice machine.
Outdoors on the patio is a large Weber gas grill. Also on the patio area is a table and chairs as well as lots of chairs and Adirondacks for lounging and hanging out by a fire. Halfway between the house and lake is a deck with sofa set and table.
The finished garage has been converted to a fantastic game room with sofa, smart TV, ping pong table, shuffle board table, and dart board.
The home is located approximately 40 minutes from Traverse City and from Boyne Mountain, and located in the heart of the chain of lakes making it a perfect destination for wine and brewery touring, skiing, boating, and golfing trips.
The Antrim County area has wide variety of hiking and mountain biking trails. There are over a dozen amazing golf courses within 20 minutes. In the chain of lakes (Bellaire, Clam, Torch, Skegemog, and Elk) is some of the most incredible fishing in Michigan, known for monster small mouth bass, northern pike, muskie, and white fish, and virtually all Michigan fish species. Fall colors are absolutely stunning. In the winter there’s ice fishing, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. There is no shortage of fun things to do in this area!
From our dock you are 2-3 minutes by boat to Dockside Restaurant, Butch’s Marina, and Torch Lake (and beyond into Lake Skegemog, Elk Lake, and Traverse Bay). Going the opposite direction, boaters will also enjoy the 10 minute boat ride to the mouth of the Grass River. A 30 minute ride up the Grass River takes you into Lake Bellaire. From there, you can travel up the Intermediate River and right into the town of Bellaire.

This home is located in an upscale area where our neighbors are homeowners and protective of their area. We ask that those using our home be respectful and courteous to our neighbors and be aware of noise.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Upon arrival, there will a $1,000 damage deposit hold placed on your credit card.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Rules
1. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Our neighbors are homeowners who are very protective of their homes and the area. Please be respectful and courteous of our neighbors.
2. This a no-smoking property.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
5. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
7. We are on private septic tank, not city sewer. DO NOT flush anything down toilets besides toilet paper. Feminine products, diapers, wipes, etc. should go in trash.
6. Please empty all trash cans and place all trash in wheeled bin and place the bin at the end of the driveway upon departure. Trash pickup is on Thursdays, please place bin at end of driveway on Wednesday evening.
7. If there are dirty dishes, please load dishwasher and run prior to departure. Please hand wash any dishes that won't fit in washer.
OUTDOOR AREA
8. There is often strong wind in this area. Monitor wind and seat cushions for both patio set and deck sofa set. Patio cushions can be kept in deck box next to grill. Please return cushions to deck box at end of stay. The deck furniture has covers for the sofa and table/ottomans. Please cover furniture on departure and/or if windy.
9. Guests are welcome to use gas grill. Please clean grill and grates at end of stay, leaving it the way you would want to find it. Please cover grill with storage cover. If the grill is left dirty, there is a $50 cleaning fee charged by our housekeeper.
