Property Description
Experience a great family vacation in this 2,000 square foot 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with sleeping for 10 that includes use of a 22ft Crest pontoon with a 60hp Mercury engine*, kayaks, and paddle boat. The home boasts an awesome 2 level deck area right on water’s edge with fantastic view of the lake. You are also welcome to bring your own boat and moor it at our dock.
On the street level of the home is one bedroom with a king bed and smart TV. Also on the main level is a bathroom with shower, open floor plan kitchen, dining area, and living room.
The walkout lake level has 3 bedrooms; one with 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds), one with a full bed, and another that is used as a living area that has a sofa that has a queen pullout bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc for cooking and serving a large family. There’s a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There’s also another full size refrigerator and a wine cooler on the walkout level. On the deck is a natural gas grill. The walkout level has full size washer and dryer and a laundry tub.

• *Use of pontoon is optional and only available in-season. Use of pontoon is no charge, however, if used there is a $45 per day for insurance.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Upon arrival, there will a $1,000 damage deposit hold placed on your credit card.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Rules
1. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please be respectful and courteous of our neighbors.
2. This a no-smoking property.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
5. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
7. Please DO NOT flush anything down toilets besides toilet paper. Feminine products, diapers, wipes, etc. should go in trash.
6. Please empty all trash cans and place all trash in wheeled bin and place the bin at the end of the driveway upon departure.
7. If there are dirty dishes, please load dishwasher and run prior to departure. Please hand wash any dishes that won't fit in washer.
OUTDOOR AREA
8. Our ask is simple. If you get it out, please put it back prior to departure. Things like lake floats, noodles, hammocks, etc need to be returned at end of stay.
9. Guests are welcome to use gas grill. Please clean grill and grates at end of stay, leaving it the way you would want to find it. Please cover grill with storage cover. If the grill is left dirty, there is a $50 cleaning fee charged by our housekeeper.
